So why visit Costa Rica? 🇨🇷😎

I may be biased since Costa Rica is one of my favourite places in the world, but I genuinely feel like everyone needs to experience its magic in their life!

The country is teeming with wildlife, varying and unique landscapes and climates, incredible adventure, delicious food, and genuinely kind people with a contagious “Pura Vida” outlook on life!

I’ve travelled to Costa Rica 3 times (I can’t believe this will be my 4th!), and have had the pleasure to stay and experience Manuel Antonio on two of those trips.

It has a special place in my heart, and I’m working with a local tour company Everything Costa Rica to put together the perfect week in Manuel Antonio for us!!

Our 7 Day Itinerary 🗺️

DAY 1: Journey to Manuel Antonio!

The journey starts here! Guests will be picked up at SJO airport in the early afternoon and transferred to Manuel Antonio. We’ll get settled in and kick our trip off with a group welcome dinner (and maybe some fun at the beach 🤭)

DAY 2:

Our first full day in Costa Rica! 🤩 We’ll start the day with breakfast at our hotel, and then head to Manuel Antonio National Park for a guided tour! Our guides will take us through the park, teach us about the wildlife and native flora, and will help us spot some animals! Get ready to see some sloths, lizards, tropical birds, snakes, monkeys and so much more!! There’s also a beach within the park, so make sure to wear your bathing suit! 🏖️

We’ll have a group lunch in the afternoon, and will then head out onto the water on a sunset cruise with dinner on board! Nothing wraps up the perfect first day in Costa Rica like watching the sunset over the horizon with your new travel friends! 🌅

The evening will be our own! We can stay in and relax, or go out! There are some really cool bars nearby if that’s your vibe 💃🏼!

DAY 3

This morning we’ll start the day with breakfast at our hotel, and will then head down to the beach for a surfing lesson!! We’ll be taught the basics and will have the whole morning to soak up the sun and enjoy the pacific waves 🏄‍♀️.

We’ll head back to the hotel in the afternoon for lunch, and then we’ll have our first content creation session! This is a flexible time for you to focus on getting some fun content, and I will be facilitating the session to get the creative juices flowing! If that’s not your vibe, no worries! The afternoon is all yours to spend as you wish!

In the evening we’ll gather for dinner, and then will have the opportunity to visit a hot spring to soak and relax!

DAY 4

We’ll start the day with breakfast at our hotel, and another surf lesson & time at the beach before it gets too hot! We’ll have a group lunch in the afternoon, and then it’ll be an optional activity in the afternoon! We can choose between zip-lining and horseback riding (both an additional cost), or you can have a free afternoon if you wish! This trip is all about a balance between adventure and relaxation, so it’s up to you!

In the evening we’ll have time for dinner and salsa dancing! We can also go out to nearby bars afterwards if we wish!

DAY 5

We’ll start our day off with breakfast made at our hotel, and then we’ll have an optional visit to the Nuayaca Waterfall Nature Park! It’s a short 2.7km walk downhill to the falls (or a quick 10 minute walk if you pay extra for their transportation both ways) where you can swim in the falls and enjoy the scenery!

We’ll head back to our hotel in the afternoon for lunch and another open content creation session! We can stay at the property for this or head down to the beach for a more “natural” backdrop for our content! For those interested I’m also happy to take some headshots of you!

For dinner this evening we’re actually going to be participating in an authentic Costa Rican cooking class!! 🤤

DAY 6

Our last full day together in Costa Rica! 😢 we’ll have time in the morning for breakfast before heading back down to the beach for more surfing and time soaking up the Costa Rican sun! There are other activities available on the beach for hire for those interested as well, namely banana boat tours & parasailing!

In the afternoon we have the option to do a Chocolate & Coffee Tour nearby where you’ll be guided through a local chocolate and coffee plantation, learn about the process of harvesting and making chocolate and the delicious coffee that Costa Rica is known for!

In the evening we’ll have our farewell dinner and beach party to wrap up an incredible week in Costa Rica!

DAY 7

It’s time to say goodbye for now! We’ll check out of the hotel in the morning after breakfast, and will be driven back to SJO airport to head on home! 💖

Pricing

Shared Accommodation: $1165 USD

You’ll share a room in the host hotel during the trip. You can choose this option even if you’re coming solo! We’ll either match you with another solo traveller, or you can choose amongst yourselves! This option includes everything noted in the “What’s Included” section above.

Private Accommodation: $1869 USD

You’ll have your own room in the host hotel during the trip. This option includes everything noted in the “What’s Included” section above.

Deposit & Refund Policy

Only 50% of the total price is required to secure your spot! We will have a WhatsApp group chat with Everything Costa Rica who will be facilitating payments to make sure your spot is secured. The remaining 50% can be paid up to 2 months before the trip commences.

We will confirm 2 months before the trip date if we have met the required minimum travellers (10), and should the trip not be confirmed, all travellers who had signed up will receive a refund.

Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.
After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.
We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.
